Several years ago while managing a real estate technology implementation someone commented that they felt like they had to do so much with the software we were working on that they felt like they worked for it. Many of us feel the same way. Sometimes technology is just too hard to use, understand, implement and enjoy. To all who have felt this I say what has become my mantra:
